Login And Registration
If you want to participate in the auction, it is necessary log in to Ouslet platform. You can log in to Ouslet platform either directly, by entering your name, surname, e-mail address, or via your Google and Facebook account if you have one.
Please do not enter false information as it would lead to cancelation of your account. If you want also to sell on Ouslet platform, you must create a seller account. For security reasons, more information is required from the seller in the registration form.
After logging in, you will find your control panel at the top right. Please complete your profile. Add a nickname and address where your goods should be sent. Your phone number is part of a security measure.
- In "my order" section, you will be shown all the products you have purchased.
- In the "change password" section you can change the password. Password must contain at least 8 characters. Keep your password safe and don't share it with anyone. If you have any problems with the password, let us know.
- In the "won auction" section, you will see your won auctions.
- Your purchases will be displayed in the "purchase auction" section.
- In the "my bid" section, you will be shown your active bids in the auction.

All your personal data is protected.
All payments are made using encryption.
We do not require, store or keep your credit card numbers.
The amount that you pay is put on hold in our account for your protection. After confirming delivery of the shipment, the amount is released to the seller.
You can choose the method of secure payment.
We strongly recommend checking the received goods, as they correspond to the description. If the goods do not match the description, do not confirm the shipment on the dashboard and contact the seller. If you cannot come to terms with the seller, contact us and we will work out a solution.
Shipping And Payments
All transactions are in US dollars.
Postage and packing are added to the price of the goods. If the shipping cost for the goods is not specified , the shipping cost pays the seller.
A state tax of 10.25% is added to each product.
After receiving the goods, the buyer has 1 day to inspect the goods. Then it is necessary for him to confirm the receipt of the shipment on his control panel.
If the delivery is not confirmed within this period, it is processed as delivered and the amount can be released to the seller. This part is important for your secure shopping, please do not ignore it and confirm receipt of the product on time. Delivery time depends on the seller's location. If the shipment contains a tracking number, it will be sent to you. Standard delivery in the US is from 3 to 7 days.
At this time, it is only possible to pay via the PayPal payment gateway. Payment via PayPal is free of charge. It is necessary to have a payment account with PayPal. You can pay either directly, which means that you will be redirected at checkout to your PayPal account, where you will complete the transaction, or via your phone by scanning the QR code at checkout on our site. Payment via the QR code is most secure, as all data is protected and stored on your phone only. If you pay by scanning the QR code, it is necessary to confirm the transaction on our website after completing the payment.
Refunds apply to new products, a product that does not match the description or is damaged and a used product for which a warranty is provided.
If the goods don't match the description and buyer decides to return the goods, procedure is as follows:
1. On the control panel, in the "my order" section, check the "return" box for the product you want to return. Wait for the seller's statement. After the seller's statement, buyer sends the product back to seller's address.
2. If the goods don't match the description or are damaged, return is justified and the buyer will receive a full refund.
3. If the goods are returned unjustifiably, the shipping will be paid by the buyer. Returned goods must contain a shipping tracking number. Goods must be returned to 30 days in their original packaging. The amount will be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the seller.
